    If a selected winner:

    Does not respond within the required timeframe,
    Is determined to be ineligible, or
    Declines a prize,
    Fan Cruise LLC may select an alternate winner.
    All decisions made by Fan Cruise LLC are final.

    Blackout dates

    6. Travel Supplier Terms
    All cruises, hotels, resorts, transportation providers, event venues, and other travel suppliers operate independently.
    Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of any applicable travel supplier.
    Fan Cruise LLC acts as a promoter, organizer, and travel agency and is not responsible for supplier actions, cancellations, delays, schedule changes, weather events, labor disputes, governmental restrictions, or other circumstances beyond its control.



    7. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fan Cruise LLC, Fan Cruise Cares, their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, sponsors, partners, licensors, and suppliers shall not be liable for any:
    Direct damages
    Indirect damages
    Incidental damages
    Consequential damages
    Lost profits
    Personal injury
    Property damage
    Travel disruptions
    arising from participation in this promotion, use of the website, attendance at events, redemption of prizes, or travel-related activities.
    Participation is at the participant’s own risk.



    8. Publicity Release
    By accepting any prize, participants grant Fan Cruise LLC the right to use their:
    Name
    Photograph
    Likeness
    City and state
    Testimonials
    for advertising, promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.



    9. Privacy
    Information collected may be used by Fan Cruise LLC and affiliated organizations for business, marketing, promotional, fundraising, and customer service purposes.
