Join the FanCruise Concierge Team

At FanCruise LLC, we are building the world’s first luxury, fan-themed travel experiences uniting world-class hospitality, legendary athletes, and unforgettable events at sea.

As we prepare for our inaugural Legends of Boxing FanCruise, we are assembling a special group of dedicated individuals who will serve as our Concierge Team. This role is perfect for senior citizens, retirees, or anyone who enjoys helping others in a friendly, low-stress environment.

Our Concierge Team Members will:

• Provide warm, welcoming customer service by phone and email
• Assist guests with questions about upcoming FanCruise sailings
• Offer guidance on packages, itineraries, and general information
• Enter simple notes and updates into our system
• Represent the FanCruise brand with professionalism and care

This is a part-time, fully remote (work-from-home) position.
No travel industry experience is required – we provide complete training.
